  We just found out that we're all out of album covers. The artist responsible.. well let's start over. We don't have an artist to paint the album cover art so we'll have to pass the bottle over to Huu as we all know, the Huu function well no beer without.

  Album status

  Finally the day has come that the new PPRY album Raising the Skeletons of Fire by Hand is complete. In the sense of any new takes in the studio at least. Now it is time for the album to find its way to the gentle hands of mr. Lari Takala of Rockstar Productions for mastering. Hopefully we'll have a finished album by the end of the year.

  Musea Records to release Raising the Skeletons of Fire by Hand

  We are glad to announce that the non-profit french label Musea Records will be releasing the next PPRY album Raising the Skeletons of Fire by Hand. We are expecting a release date later in 2008 as the album still lacks a few bits here and there.

  The Ghosts of Jarso Lodge

  The PPRY field trip to the ghostly haunted lodge at the dark corners of Jarso last weekend was promising as we decided to acquire new toys for studio for the next album, which is not to be announced here.

  We did some careful consideration and decided to hand the next album, Raising the Skeletons of Fire by Hand to a French distributor called Musea Records. The following weeks will tell whether the album is appropriate to qualify for their catalog.

  Last weekend we had the drunken opportunity to get Mr Auranen agree to work with us on the vocals during the summer on the forthcoming album Raising the Skeletons of Fire by Hand. Unfortunately he has the be on the Ozzfest with Lordi which means that we are in no hurry to finish the album.

  The Sauna Sessions

  It sounds worse than it reads but still, Mr Mukis invited us all into a recording session featuring Sauna, food & alcohol. And it went great. At the careful state of drunk awareness we managed to write and record the last part of the song Tukarankutus (name-in-production) along with some bass lines and guitars in no time. Well, after dinner time.

  We acquired a piece of information that the kind Mellow Records of Italy has been seen packing their backbags and looking for fresher air (less garlic?) in the almost neighbouring country of France for future distributions. What ever that means, the future of <<name stolen>> seems oddly familiar.

  The Museum of Glass

  The year 1997 was a good one for those who had their bids on UK winning the Eurovision Song Contest. However, those wandering in the glassy chambers of the Finnish Glass Museum might recall listening to an orchestra playing on the background. That was basically us, the PPRY. Thanks for attending though. And by the way, that was the first and the last time Huu was seen behind the mixer's desk.
